Today, my accountabilibuddy and I have started our thirty-day yoga challenge. Every day, we will wake up an hour early, meet for yoga, and struggle through inflexibility and inertia. You know, while also breathing and finding inner peace and stuff.
I started the morning off right by procrastinating and making my bed:
Unfortunately, this only took about five minutes and did nothing to prevent this challenge from actually starting:
We’re using ‘Yoga with Adriene’ to get started. Day one is relatively gentle. I’ve made it to day five or six in the past and… eventually… it gets tougher.
Day One: We’ve got this. We did this! Sort of.
